Our Programs

DUI/Drug Court

DUI Court is an accountability court program aimed at transforming the behavior of repeat offenders charged with DUIs and misdemeanor drug offenses. The program seeks to enhance public safety by addressing the root causes of impaired driving. This is achieved through a comprehensive approach that combines treatment for underlying substance use disorders with intensive supervision, evidence-based therapeutic services, and regular substance testing.

Veterans Treatment Court

Veterans Court programs are specialized tracks modeled after DUI/Drug Court and Mental Health Court frameworks. These programs aim to divert veterans from the criminal justice system by offering tailored support, including counseling, substance use treatment, and specialized mental health care. A distinctive feature of Veterans Court is the use of veteran mentors, who provide peer support and guidance to address the unique needs of each participant, fostering rehabilitation and reintegration.

Our Services

Individual Counseling

Through counseling, individuals can gain insight into their problems, learn new coping skills, and make positive changes in their lives. The issues that can be addressed in individual counseling are varied, and may include depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, grief and loss, and trauma, among others.

Group Counseling

Group counseling aims to provide a supportive and safe environment where individuals can share their experiences, learn from each other, and receive feedback and support. In addition, group counseling can help individuals develop new skills and coping strategies, build self-awareness and self-esteem, and improve relationships with others.

Random Drug Screening

Random drug screening involves selecting individuals at random and testing them without prior notice, which helps deter drug use and ensures that individuals comply with the rules and regulations.
